If you are of State Pension age (66 years old +) you can check your eligibility and apply for Pension Credit using the Pension Credit Calculator. If eligible, you could qualify for Winter Fuel Payments, help with housing costs and Council Tax and if you’re are over 75, a free TV licence.
The latest date to apply and still qualify for this year’s Winter Fuel Payment is 21st December 2024.
Pension Credit also provides extra support for heating costs such as The Warm Home Discount Scheme and Cold Weather Payments.
