Important Information for Patients : Total Triage (01/10/2025)

Following our previous news article about our new “Total Triage” system we can now confirm that we are launching it on Wednesday 1st October 2025. This new system will help us to manage demand for appointments and ensure that patients are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional when contacting the surgery.
