Cheshire and Wirral are offering local COPD patients the “my mhealth” app – a free, easy-to-use app that helps you manage your COPD from home. You can download it on your smartphone, tablet, or log in on your computer. It’s designed to be simple, even if you’re not confident with technology.

 Within 72 hours of downloading, a friendly Digital Health Adviser will contact you to help you get started and make the most of it.

Once patients register for my mhealth platform (using simple self-registration links or QR codes) they can download my mhealth app on their smartphone, tablet, or log in on their computer.

Important: My mhealth app is not a replacement for pulmonary rehabilitation. If you’ve been referred for rehab, please still attend – using the app alongside rehab can help improve your breathing and health even more.
